About BlackHawk Data
In early 2018, Maryann Pagano and Jason Caparoso took a leap of faith and left their jobs to start BlackHawk Data. This mission had the goals of empowering its employees to provide high-touch service to their clients without being blocked by management and establishing an inclusive workspace for the whole team to flourish.
Not only did they have to face the fact that 20% of small businesses fail within their first year, but they also had to overcome the fact that women occupy only 10% of executive tech roles. Now 5 years old, BlackHawk Data not only defied those odds, but has grown exponentially in the process of achieving their mission and ushering forth a team built on the foundation of inclusivity and equity.
